We firmly believe in a sense of responsibility - typical of the things we love - so much so we wrote a Code of Ethics:

 

  • it is a reflection of strong convictions, that we would like to use as a guide every day;
  • it is an approach to reality, written down as rules to follow in order to ensure product and service efficiency, safety during use and the highest standards of quality;
  • it is written because we wanted all this to be unequivocal, shared and transparent.
  • It is a code for responsible behavior so as to offer reliable, eco-friendly, electrical and mechanical safety, in compliance with national and international standards.

 

We fully respect the strictest quality standards while working. This is why we don’t hesitate to work with external and independent, national and international standard bodies for controlling every product brand.

 

What do we most care about?

Efficiency without doubts Certification of Quality Management Systems

 

  • ISO9001 is a certification of quality management systems and evaluates the efficiency of processes and organization of all sectors, from customer care, customer and supplier relations, internal leadership relations, characterized by continuous improvement.

Safe, with no compromises Product, electrical and mechanical safety certifications

 

  • The TUV mark certifies the safety and testing of products, industrial components and consumer products.
  • The D mark certifies registered safety and is issued by UL-DEMKO.
  • UL Listing certifies that the product has been tested and evaluated according to USA safety standards.
  • cUL Listing certifies that the product has been tested and evaluated according to Canadian safety standards.
  • With the CE mark, obligatory in the European Union, the producer declares that each product complies with the general rules on safety of the European Directive.

Good, healthy and... Hygiene certifications

 

  • The NSF mark certifies products and materials that contact foods and beverages in the USA market.
  • The TIFQ mark certifies the quality of hygiene of machineries that produce foods and beverages.

...uncontaminated Food safety guarantee

 

  • Ruveco Teck is a productive process that covers all parts of the machine which come in contact with water or steam and significantly reduce the risk of the release of metals into the beverages.
  • The DIN 10531 standard for food hygiene, established by the German DIN standard, will shortly come in force and will represent a reference point for future food safety regulation. We already comply with them.

Lovers of a healthier world Certifying a low environmental impact

 

  • The RoHS mark certifies that electrical and electronic equipment contains permitted concentrations of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominate diphenyl ether (PBDE).

  • The Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano certifies the quality of coffee.

Looking towards the near future We have already started our work to gain two other important certifications

 

  • OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment) is a British standard for safety (by November 2011).
  • The ISO 14001 certifies a completely eco-compatible environmental management (by April 2012).
