In addition to the evolution of successful products such as the M39 HD, displayed for the first time in the previous 2009 HOST edition, Cimbali presented: the revision of its established M39 range, the M39 TE, characterised by the new colour and by innovations as the Torbosteam Milk4; the M34 Selectron, which seems to be destined to become a new success and the M24 C-up, a model thought for the growing capsule and pod sector.

The presence on the stand of the Italian baristas’ champion, Francesco Sanapo, has helped to focus the public's attention on the M39 HD, which, obedient to his expert orders, has demonstrated all its ability to offer the best in-the-cup result.

Cimbali, attentive to energy saving and in compliance with the DIN 18873/2, presented a new insulating material to cover the boiler capable of reducing heat loss of the 23% compared to standard boilers.
