The new coffeeinspiration.gruppocimbali.com is a virtual, constantly updated diary. It's a meeting and exchange point, where web surfers can join our world – the world of coffee.
The blog makes everything more spontaneous and direct, which is just what Gruppo Cimbali needed. We'll be speaking entirely about coffee and about the new trends; we'll talk about our experiences, spreading knowledge and swapping ideas with experts all over the world.
We'll highlight the excellence in our sector (both in Italy and abroad) and we'll be trying to develop topics with the precise aim of teaching and informing our main reader – the Barista. With “COFFEE INSPIRATION”, we'll be stressing the importance of our closeness to this profession, which is essential for the worldwide expansion of the cafeteria sector and the continuing growth of the Espresso.
Gruppo Cimbali has put together a team of professionals, all spurred on by the same passion: coffee. They all love and know their work inside out, and they're motivated by a drive for information and ongoing research. We believe that this exchange of ideas and opinions will help us to better understand the barman's world, as we'll be establishing a more direct dialogue with him.
To set up and develop the blog, we invited a friend - “our Barista” Francesco Sanapo, Italian champion 2010 and 2011. He's recently been busy publicising and spreading Italian quality all over the world.
With Francesco's help, we came up with this idea of a new form of direct communication with the barman, and we'll also be working with Francesco to discover the most recent trends in today's cafeteria.
We hope our blog will become a rich container of suggestions, ideas and trivia, shared and enriched by barmen and coffee lovers the world over; we'd really like to hear your opinion and point of view too. Our aim is to inspire the growth of not only our profession, but also the world of coffee as lived by both the professionals and coffee drinkers themselves.

Nasce “COFFEE INSPIRATION”, un diario virtuale, in costante aggiornamento, un punto d’incontro e di scambio, dove si riuniscono navigatori al nostro mondo, il mondo del caffè.
Il blog rende tutto molto immediato, tutto più diretto, proprio ciò di cui anche Gruppo Cimbali sentiva il bisogno. Si parlerà esclusivamente del caffè, delle nuove tendenze, racconteremo le nostre esperienze, con l’obiettivo di trasmettere conoscenza e confrontarsi con esperti di tutto il mondo.
Daremo visibilità solo all’eccellenza nel nostro settore, in Italia e all’estero, e cercheremo di sviluppare argomenti con l’intenzione di formare e informare il nostro primo lettore che è il Barista. Con “COFFEE INSPIRATION” cercheremo di porre l’accento sull’importanza della nostra vicinanza a questa professione, fondamentale per la crescita globale del settore caffetteria e per il miglioramento continuo dell’Espresso.
Gruppo Cimbali ha raggruppato un team di professionisti, tutti animati dalla stessa passione: il caffè. Tutti amano e conoscono profondamente il proprio lavoro, e sono motivati dalla voglia d’informazione, di ricerca continua. Crediamo che lo scambio di idee e opinioni possa aiutarci a capire meglio il mondo dei baristi, attivando con loro un dialogo più diretto.
Per la realizzazione e lo sviluppo del blog, abbiamo invitato un amico, il “nostro barista”, campione italiano 2010 e 2011 Francesco Sanapo, che in questi ultimi anni si impegna a valorizzare e diffondere la qualità italiana a livello internazionale.
Con Francesco abbiamo sposato questa idea comune, questa nuova forma di comunicazione diretta al barista e con lui cercheremo di scoprire le tendenze della caffetteria moderna.
Speriamo che il nostro blog diventi un contenitore di suggerimenti, idee, curiosità, condiviso e arricchito dai baristi e appassionati di caffè di tutto il mondo; il nostro auspicio è di leggere anche la vostra opinione, il vostro punto di vista, il nostro augurio è di ispirare una crescita comune della nostra professione e del nostro mondo professionale e passionale.
